Your new job
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for the core transactional HR focusing on Employee Relations casework. You will need to be comfortable in managing and leading on your own ER cases and dealing with the end-to-end process. You must be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels and provide them with support and guidance on a range of HR matters. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, be professional in their approach, self-motivated and a team player.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
