The Role
With a change of Chief Executive, a newly appointed Head of HR, and a HR structure, there is a number of projects we are looking at implementing, from changes in the HR system, to the appraisal process, reviewing and updating policies to supporting in any small restructures as and when required. This role will be the lead in controlling the pipeline of requirements, to ensure things can be delivered in a timely fashion, but not too many plates are spinning at once.
There will be some employee relations requirements from time to time but the main bulk of this work, is delivering high level Human Resources projects.
Please note due to these projects being time limited this role is advertised to only be in place up until the end of December 2023.
What we are looking from you
A HR generalist with project management experience, who is able to be a team player in supporting the HR team in delivering key projects in a timely fashion, therefore time management, organisational skills, and influencing skills are all essential for this role.
What we offer
In addition to an annual salary of between £48,250 - £54,500, the role attracts the following benefits:
Hybrid working – Given the nature of this role we would expect you in our Canary Wharf Offices – two days a week, dependent on operational requirements and typically the other three days at home.
Flexible working -We offer compressed hours, flexible working arrangements, although this role is advertised as full time we would consider flexible working or compressed hours.
Annual Leave – 27.5 days per year
Pension -An employer pension contribution 27.9% per year.
Professional Fees – Staff can claim back the cost of professional fees associated with their role.
