A great opportunity for an Interim ER Manager-ER Projects Role (6 months, could extend) within an established, government organisation in Milton Keynes-Hybrid.

Your new role
As an ER Manager-ER Projects (6 months), you will report to the ER Lead and will be responsible for managing all complex ER cases from end-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, long term sickness absence cases, performance management and managing a small HR /ER team. You will be responsible for all ER projects and initiatives, ER transformation projects, updating HR policies and procedures and streamlining processes, implementing well being initiatives and delivering training and coaching on HR best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an ER Manager or HR Manager who has managed complex ER cases from end-end, you must have experience managing a small team. You must be able to start with no more than one months notice.
