Our utilities client is recruiting training manager position as part of the expansion of the current transactional team. You will be joining a team of 11 other professionals on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Training manager you will play a key role in supporting the career development programmes for employees. You will lead their technical training workstreams - which includes operational, health & safety and in-role training. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure their training meets the evolving needs of the business. You will be a thought leader, an innovator, a problem solves, developing and designing solutions to address gaps in training requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role, you must have experience as an inhouse trainer or within a learning and development role.
What you'll get in return
