Job Details
This role reports into a People Business Partner and is part of a welcoming and supportive HR team, servicing a client group of circa 300 employees.
The role will include:
* Experience of complex Employee Relations casework & employment law processes (grievances, investigations, redundancy consultations, org change, restructures, sickness absence, employment law queries etc)
* Coaching managers and providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Sickness Absence Management - both short and long-term.
* Acting as a point of expertise on investigation handling.
* Supporting on projects to continually improve our People processes and practices
Ideally you will have CIPD level 5 and/or level 7 qualification or equivalent
