Our Not-For-Profit client is recruiting a 1 year FTC for a L&D, Customer Support Trainer to be based at their offices in Brighton.
Your new role
As a Customer Support Trainer you will be supporting, assessing and coaching the department trainers to enable effective L&D whilst assuring all learning programmes meet business and learner requirements. you will evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the learning material and identify requirements for continuous improvement and support trainers to deliver high quality learning programmes from design to evaluation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have an understanding and practical experience of adult learning and development techniques and methodologies, gained through extensive experience as a trainer/HR professional. You must also have knowledge of customer service call handling techniques in a contact centre environment plus experience of communicating and presenting to large groups of all levels.
What you'll get in return
