Hays HR is proud to be working with a growing life science organisation with a stunning and expansive site in south Cambridge who are looking to appoint a HR Services Administrator on a 12-month FTC.
Your new role
As the HR Services Administrator, you will work with the HR Services team to deliver a professional and efficient service for the organisation's people.
This role has an on-boarding focus, working closely with our recruitment team, candidates and hiring managers. You will also be cross-trained in the scope of HR Services in order to effectively support delivery where required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar HR administration role with excellent customer service skills.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive remuneration of £21,000 - £24,500, depending on experience, plus great benefits including a generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, life assurance, private healthcare, access to a number of training events onsite. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
