Interim Recruitment / Sourcing Specialist -6 Months, Up to £295 per day- Milton Keynes

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Interim Recruitment /Sourcing Specialist- (6 Months, could extend) within a global, leading, FTSE 100 organisation, who work with ambiguity and welcome creativity and innovation.

Your new role
As an Interim Recruitment / Sourcing Specialist-(6 Months-could extend,) you will be part of the Group function centrally, this is a newly created role, due to increasing hiring demand. You will be purely responsible for candidate attraction and engagement, this will suit someone with a high level of experience in mapping candidate markets for niche roles, utilising boolean and x-ray searches and sourcing on social media. This is a high touch role, sourcing candidates for roles between £60,000-£100,000 for the U.K and internationally.

Duties will include:
Building talent pipelines and keeping talent engaged.
Producing target lists, assignment project plans and assignment progress reports
Identifying, pre-screening and engaging with passive and active candidates and promoting the organisation and roles to candidates.
This role is home based and you will be required to work in London 1 day per week.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Recruitment / Sourcing Specialist who is experienced in sourcing using boolean and x-ray searches and sourcing for high level and niche roles on social media. You will ideally have worked in an in-house Sourcing role and will ideally have recruited for roles internationally.
