We have exciting and varied opportunities for Human Resources Business Partners who will deliver and maintain a business focused HR service. Working with Southwark at an exciting time, you will have the credibility and confidence together with a detailed understanding of a complex public sector organisation to work closely with, and coach, managers to meet their current and future people needs whilst always work to make Southwark more equal and just.

These roles will provide you with an opportunity to play an integral part in delivering organisational and cultural change that we believe will help us achieve our vision for a Fairer Future for our residents.

About You:

You will be supporting Directors and senior managers across a varied workload and will need to quickly build positive and effective relationships to deliver the best outcomes across the employee life-cycle including resourcing, performance management, complex employee relations cases, learning & development, change management and exit management.

You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. The broad scope of the role requires a solutions-focused approach, supported by well-developed analytical planning, excellent practice knowledge and strong organisational skills. This role will require someone who is customer focused and high standards of achievements. If you are looking to make a difference at the local level this could be the role for you.
