Your new company
A great new opportunity to join a small HR team in a growing organisation. The offices are based in Wantage and the company is working to a flexible, hybrid model which allows this position to be either full or part time. A great opportunity to gain some brilliant HR experience.

Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be supporting the team with the day to day tasks within the function. You will have responsibility for editing and updated employment contracts, letters and communications. You will work closely with managers across the business to coordinate probation meetings, interviews and holiday. Using the HR system to keep files and payroll information up to date.

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has had previous experience operating in a HR team. However if you are an excellent Administrator with brilliant attention to detail who is looking to take a step into HR, this would be a great opportunity.
