Your new company
Our national not for profit client is recruiting a HR Advisor to be based across their offices in Kent & Sussex. You will be joining a well established and aspirational HR team to be based at their offices in Kent & Sussex on a hybrid working basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR BP, with no direct reports, the purpose of the role is to provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR areas such as employee relations, development, organisational design and workforce planning with a view. You will also maximise the effectiveness of their employees in meeting the objectives of the organisation in alignment with the overall mission.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience as a HR Advisor or equivalent. If you have experience within not for profit and knowledge or iTrent that would be ideal.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £33,131-£37,155 plus 25 days annual leave + bank holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and employee assistance programme and a company car.
