A fantastic, newly created opportunity to join an innovative organisation as Head of HR. Reporting to the MD and part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning the people strategy with the business strategy to ensure they are best placed to support their rapid growth.
Your new role
The Head of HR will shape and develop a clear people and culture strategy that aligns with the organisational business strategy and will drive the operational HR agenda. You will continuously look to strengthen the organisational culture and ensure strong values resonate throughout business and are embedded in all their people practices. You will also take a lead role in ensuring the resourcing plans are supported with a positive candidate experience as well as developing their EVP to help position them as an employer of choice. An ongoing review of reward and recognition is also a key part of the role, developing career paths and learning strategies to support retention within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercially minded, creative HR leader You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing people strategies and practices with a proven track record of implementing successful process, strategy, and policies to support a growing organisation's objectives . Although not essential, a background of working with clinical/healthcare organisations would be advantageous.
