Your new role
Working as an Interim HR Business Partner, you will support the business for approximately 3 months in a generalist HR capacity. You remit will include: recruitment, training, ER and change management.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working as an HR Business Partner where you will have supported both blue and white collar client groups. You will have experience of managing ER cases and managing change and consultations. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately, committing to a 3 month duration during which you will work in the London office in a hybrid manner and travel to work sites as required.
