Assistant Director – National Engagement Service (South region)
Location: Home based with occasional travel in the South region and to the offices in Leeds & London
Role: Permanent and Full time
Salary: £67,685 (FTE)

You will use your skills and experience in advocacy, influencing and negotiation to represent employers’ views, underpinned by evidence and impact, to shape national policy and promote good practice.

You will lead input into the design and delivery of professional networks to support employers and seek insight to inform our work in critical areas such as workforce supply, employment practice and improving staff experience.
A commitment and experience of working in true partnership with trade unions is also required given our leading role in the national and regional social partnership forums.
