Your new role
The roles will partner with senior leaders, within your designated client group, and work collaboratively with the HR centres of excellence, to provide an exceptional partnering service across the wide remit of people activities and strategic priorities. As a trusted advisor to the business, it will be your role to showcase value added HR through effective workforce planning, talent mapping, change management and innovatively seeking ways to drive forward and foster a culture where all staff can perform at their best.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you will have ample experience partnering with business leaders in a large, complex organisation, demonstrating a proactive and continuous improvement mindset, along with the gravitas and resilience to influence and challenge appropriately.
