Your new role
Reporting to the CHRO and supporting a UK client group, you will operate as an HR Business Partner - using data and analytics to produce and implement people plans that support business objectives. You will work across workforce planning, organisation design, ER, TA and managing cyclical performance activity.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and will have experience of operating in a commercial matrix business. You will be able to demonstrate how you have used data to drive decision making as well as being commercial in your approach. Supporting a casual workforce would be a strong advantage as would strong ER experience It is essential that you are able to work from the London office in a hybrid manner and can start a role on short notice as well as committing to the 9 month contract.
