Recruitment Administrator

Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and building relationships with high quality candidates for existing and future business needs.

In this exciting position you will be focussed on the candidate attraction elements of recruitment and administrative support to the recruitment team. You will also be involved in attraction strategies, helping to arrange events and identifying job boards which could be effective. You will coordinate interviews and help with providing feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some recruitment or HR admin experience who wants to have a real impact on the business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role preferably within a HR or Recruitment team. You will be organised and a confident communicator.
