Morgan Law are delighted to be supporting the Head of Talent & People in the search for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. This is a strategic role to not only have accountability for the end to end recruitment within the organisation but you will also be future proofing talent and working with senior management to identify different candidate attraction methods. We need to you to be able to quickly identity how we can make processes better and improve the candidate experience.

You will line manage a Senior Talent Advisor with 3 direct reports who will need your expertise to deliver a high volume project to recruit 120 Domestics by October 2022!

To be considered you need to come from a Recruitment background or at the least a general HR background with a strong sway towards recruitment. You need to be excellent at building effective working relationships with senior stakeholders with the ability to influence and shape their thinking on effective talent management.

This is a great opportunity to use your recruitment experience in a role where you are the subject matter expert.

This is a maternity cover for up to 18 months with an immediate start.

You must be able to work on site 3 days a week in any of the following locations:
