Our client's HR function is going through transformational change to facilitate the growing needs of the business. They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support this change by providing an exceptional support function ensuring that HR operational and legislative requirements are met.
You’ll be influential in their recruitment processes, ensuring methods are up to date and rigorous enough to ensure a full and fair assessment is completed of their candidates. You will work build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be pivotal in improving the onboarding experience for new starters. You’ll ensure advertisements and jobs descriptions are all up to date and that the most cost-effective recruitment method is maintained. As an ambassador for our client, you will ensure brand consistency across all areas of recruitment activity including careers fairs. IT literate, you will maintain the ATS system whilst ensuring that all correspondence adheres to GDPR policies. We’re looking for an individual who can think outside of the box to reach target audiences and ensure that we can attract applicants for their roles.
With demonstrable experience in a similar TA role, you will be confident liaising with stakeholders on all aspects of recruitment. Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional accreditation or will be working towards one. A strong communicator, you will be able to deliver presentations to internal and external audiences and be able to speak knowledgeably about their goals and objectives. This really is a great role for someone who is extremely organised and innovative with a proactive mindset. You will need solid experience in recruitment previously and have a willingness to develop and learn as they continue to grow.
