Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, qualified Snr HR Advisor to join a global FMCG business which has a diversified portfolio of products. You will be joining a driven and accomplished HR team offering excellent development opportunities within a dynamic, fast paced and friendly working environment. This is a permanent opportunity based in Manchester with a hybrid working model.
Your new role
In your new role as Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting into and supporting the Group HR Director offering confident generalist HR & project support to the business. The role will be varied and heavily project focused so you must be capable of leading a project and driving change (with direction from the HRD). Priority HR projects include - career path & succession planning, reward & recognition and system development amongst many other progressive and proactive project opportunities going forward. You will also be responsible for proactively advising and supporting managers across the group on policy in pragmatic and empathic way. Working effectively within the small HR team you'll support the HR Advisor and HR Administrator dealing with complex ER cases and escalations. As a proactive and dynamic HR professional with a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving you will be adaptable and thrive in busy, respectful and friendly working environment with an engaging approach. What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Experience within a similar level HR role
- Strong Technical HR & ER Knowledge
- CIPD Qualified
- HR project delivery experience
- European HR experience Desirable
- Progressive and Proactive Attitude
- Confident and Autonomous Approach to problem solving
- Passion for Delivering an Excellent Customer Focused HR Service
- Excellent Stakeholder and Relationship Management Skills
