Your new company

A leading asset management firm are looking for a HR professional to join their team of 12. This 12 month FTC has the potential to go permanent, but will support the UK-based headcount on the full end to end employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include:

* Effectively support and manage recruitment processes including proactive ownership of interview scheduling, feedback collation, recruitment portal management, agency liaison, and employment contract drafting.
* Provide ad hoc HR project support and administration/assistant support to the Head of HR.
* Be a point of contact for all employee queries across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

* Relevant year's experience in a HR Administration or Assistant role, ideally in financial services.
* Knowledge of SMCR process.
* Experience with HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
* Be personable and professional, with strong academics.
