Our organisation is growing and we have created this exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Adviser to join the HR team.
There is plenty of scope for you to contribute to the ongoing development of our service. We provide a fast paced, responsive and highly respected HR service already, and we need your help to ensure that we can continue to improve our offer as the organisation grows.
We need you to work closely with managers, supporting them to deliver great services to our populations in Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. You will provide employee relations advice, including robust and timely management of sickness absence, formal disciplinary and capability cases, and dispute resolution cases.
In addition, we need your help with the development and set up of a casework management system and support with our ongoing Health & Wellbeing programme.
It is important that you have up to date knowledge of employment law and its practical application. You will need to build strong and trusted relationships with managers and key stakeholders so that we can continue to provide reliable and effective HR support.
