Senior Recruitment Associate - Financial Services

Internationally Established Global Bank in both corporate and commercial banking.

Your new role
You will join the in-house Recruitment tea, working in the UK market. You'll be working in a fast paced environment hiring roles across a range of junior positions through to mid-level and AVP roles, all within the financial services market. You'll be working in a recruitment team consisting of three, one Recruitment Head and a Coordinator, assisting in your day to day.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be required to have some experience within the financial services market and be able to work under a proactive, high volume environment. Having experience in direct sourcing and using your initiative in head hunting candidates is ideal. Agency applicants with experience in the financial services market are welcome.
