BMet is a great organisation to be part of, home to thousands of bright and enthusiastic students and many talented and experienced staff. We are passionate about providing the qualifications and training that local employers and communities need. Our goal is to prepare all of our students for the world of work, both now and in years to come.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team which is based at James Watt College but which covers all of BMet.

If you enjoy the technical aspects of HR, drawing on employment law knowledge and experience of managing case work, and want to work in a varied and fast-paced environment where there’s a real opportunity to make a difference, this is the opportunity for you. You can find out more about the role and its requirements by accessing the role profile.

Working at BMet enables you to make a difference to the communities we serve, as well as giving you the environment to develop your career in an exciting and dynamic organisation.

We know that our diversity is a source of strength and we warmly welcome people from all backgrounds, particularly encouraging applications from people who are currently under-represented at college.

BMet is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects everyone involved with the college to share this commitment.

If you want to join our team and you have the qualifications, experience and competencies needed for the role, we look forward to receiving your application. Please apply by uploading your CV and a covering letter which explains how you meet the qualifications, experience and competency requirements of the role as detailed in the role profile.

The closing date for applications is Monday 4th July 2022. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview and those who are successful at that stage will be invited to the final selection event which will take place on Thursday 14th July 2022.
