ROLE
The Global Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will contribute to the successful delivery of our payroll and benefits functions to enhance automation and scalability while ensuring accurate, secured, and compliant payroll processing in compliance with government regulations across several jurisdictions including the US & UK.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who is self-driven, has strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. As part of the People, Culture & Global Support Team, you will work with cross functional teams who impact the payroll delivery through collaboration and support ongoing process improvement through business process reviews and technical solutions. You will be the point of contact for all things payroll and benefits, therefore your foundation in payroll concepts, HR systems, benefits administration, pay calculations, excel, and data analysis will be key to the successful execution of this role.
TEAM
The People, Culture & Global Support Team is diverse and growing, composed of colleagues working across different locations. We strive to have high levels of cultural awareness and build relationships with people from different contexts. We enjoy working with people from across the globe and use strategic and analytical capability to make sound decisions that result in lasting, positive impact.
You will play an active role as a member of the People, Culture & Global Support Team in supporting the organisation’s global operations and administrative procedures. This role is based in London, UK and will report to Manager, People & Culture.
