An excellent opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Operations Manager to join a renowned professional membership organisation on an initial 12 month contract at a salary of £51,000 per year.

This role will report to the Assistant Director of HR as part of a small team and will oversee 2 HR Advisers and an Administrator. Your role will involve inputting higher level changes into the HR Cascade system (such as job title and salary changes), overseeing the HR element of payroll in preparation for the Payroll Manager and Payroll Assistant. You will also oversee Recruitment and Learning & Development. There will also be the opportunity to lead on a project to implement the Cascade Recruitment add-on to the existing system.

The role will be hybrid working, 2 days per week in the Euston office and 3 days working remotely.
