Your new company

Working within the Lloyds Insurance market in London, this reinsurance firm is currently sat at a headcount of 60 internationally, with the growth plan of 100 by the end of the year. They pride theirselves on their working culture, which has resulted in excellent retention of staff.

Your new role

Due to the growth, this role offers excellent progression opportunities over the next 5 years. This is the first time which they have had a HR professional, there you will be responsible for installing a great working culture from their people strategy and operations. This role is reporting into the COO; you will have full reign and creativity to enable you to growth the people function with the organisation. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle.

This includes:

* Creation and maintenance of employee handbook
* Reward, benefits, payroll, and compensation
* End to end recruitment, including
* Employee Relations
* Talent and performance management

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a personable, approachable, and proactive individual who sees the value of face-to-face time with employees and building long lasting working relationships. As well as being operationally astute, you will have the ability to have a strategic approach to HR incentives, such as ED&I and Wellbeing.

Experience Required:

* Preferential if you have a recent career history of working in the Insurance Market, if not it is essential you have worked in Financial Services
* Ability to work in a standalone HR role
* CIPD and Degree Qualified
* Proven examples of building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Currently working in a HR manager, HR Business Partner role
