HR Advisor Hybrid up to £45000
Your new role
As the HR Advisor you be working in a small team you will provide partnering support to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider organisation by taking the lead in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Retention and Performance Management. You will provide insights and advise on trends and give advice on areas of improvement and development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a HR Advisor with a full generalist remit managing your own employee relations cases. You will have coached and advised managers Performance Management Be CIPD L5 minimum or equivalent Intermediate Excel skills including V-lookups etc
