We are looking for an OD Manager to join a large organisation and support the Head of OD & Change with some real key pieces of work in the OD arena.



You will focus on the EDI agenda, inclusive leadership as well as delivering training.



This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a passion for OD to come into a role that will really elevate their profile and give excellent exposure to the Executive team.



You must have a strong OD background but we are really open to what sector you come from!



The Head of OD & Change is a fantastic leader who will support you 100% whilst giving you full autonomy to make the role your own.



The offices are based on the border of East London and Essex but you can do most of this role remotely with the requirement to be on site only 2 or 3 times a month.
