An exciting opportunity for a Permanent HR Advisor, within a leading, fast-paced, distribution organisation in Northampton, who are growing and developing.
Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will report to an HR BP and will have 1 direct report into you, you will be part of a busy HR Team and will be responsible for all hands-on operational duties with some strategic involvement. Duties will include:
Managing all Employee Relations issues from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, flexible working, maternity and paternity, providing advice and guidance and coaching managers and providing invite and outcome letters.
Delivering training on HR best practice.
Supporting with the interview process for senior level roles.
Supporting with Succession planning and talent management
Managing TUPE, Restructures and redundancies from end-end.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor who has managed ER cases from end-end, ideally within distribution, manufacturing, logistics or Retail. You must have experience managing or mentoring at least 1 team member. You will ideally have experience managing redundancies or TUPE from end-end.
