HR Business Partner (People & OD Partner) | Manchester | £42k - £50k | Interim until Feb 23 initially | Hybrid Large, longstanding public sector organisation based in Manchester City Centre currently seeking a HR BP to join their welcoming HR team, initially on a contract basis. An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to join an organisation currently undergoing lots of change, offering huge amount of opportunity.
The main focus of the role will be around supporting managers in their faculty functions with some complex casework, where they generally need a lot of support, advice and guidance. The role has less scope for the more strategic activity although you are able to get involved in wider pieces of work (project work - organisational change, team development ect). The ideal candidate will be able to upskill and support management and will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships effectively, following the organisations structures and procedures.
You will need;
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Previous experience dealing with complex ER casework
- Previous experience coaching, supporting and guiding managers
- Stakeholder management
