Your new role
In this Interim HR Advisor role, you will be responsible for a generalist remit across the full HR lifecycle. This will include ER case management, using data and insights, coaching line managers, recruitment, onboarding, writing and updating HR policies and procedures as well as wellbeing and D&I.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have worked as an HR Advisor within a financial services business where you will have operated across a generalist remit. You will have an understanding of SMCR and financial regulations and well as excellent stakeholder management. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be quick to influence and engage. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, commit to the contract and work in a hybrid manner from the London city office.
