My client is looking for a HR Admin to support their HR Team, consisting of a HR Manager, HR Business Partner, L&D Manager, Data Analyst, and a Senior HR Admin, for their site with a growing headcount of 800.

Your new role
Fundamentally, your new role will be to provide an excellent administrative support within the HR department, assisting the provision of an effective HR Service to the group. Within this service, you will be supporting an accurate and efficient administrative service, ensuring the implementation of company HR policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.
You will be supporting the absence line, ensuring that data is recorded accurately, and that appropriate escalation is carried out. You will also undertake employee file audits, ensuring all data is up to date, accurate, and accessible.
Additionally, you will be supporting the Employee Lifecycle manager to book L&D activities, and any other duties relevant of a HR Admin.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience and capability of working in a fast paced, everchanging environment, you will be able to maintain confidentially, and support the team when and where needed.
You will be able to use HR information systems, and have good verbal and written communication skills. Full training will be provided, but experience in administration, or a similar role is desirable.
You will be PC literate, able to organise your time, have a flexibility towards work and possible changing demands, and maintain professionality at all times.
