About the role:
You will be joining a busy HR Shared Services team as HR Administrator, in this role you will respond to incoming HR queries on a rotation. So some times you will respond to Payroll queries, then you will move to HR operations and also Resourcing, giving you lots of variation a chance to learn how to respond accurately to queries relating to:
* Sickness and absence management processes
* Holiday pay, sick pay, maternity and paternity
* Time an attendance
* Benefits and pensions
* Payroll processing information
* Employee life cycle queries
* Recruitment, Resourcing and On Boarding
We require someone who is very accurate when it comes to attention to detail and who can take accountability for tasks allocated to you. You will be someone who can follow processes and guidelines well and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders. It would be a huge advantage if you have experienced working in a HR or Recruitment function but this is not essential if you are passionate about a career in HR and have some very strong admin and coordination experience from other experiences.
Our client is offering great training and support, including CIPD and career progression. You will need to live local to Witney or be able to travel into the office for 3 days a week as a minimum.
