HR Adviser | 12 month FTC | up to £35k | Hybrid Working

Your new company

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser to join a profitable, successful healthcare business on a 12-month Fixed term basis. My client is a supportive business that encourages personal development and growth to help build upon skills for the future. This role located in Didsbury offers a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Your new job

As a HR Adviser you will support the business with advice and guidance on all HR matters. You will advise, coach and mentor colleagues and line managers and improve managers confidence to deal with day to day first line HR queries. You will be part of an essential business support function providing an accurate and efficient HR support service to the organisation's teams, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department and a high level of customer care. Responsibilities this role will cover is employee relations, induction, training, data reporting, absence management and supporting the senior management team in a range of capacities. The successful candidate will be a logical thinker who isn't afraid to challenge and coach employees at all any level. you must have a pragmatic, determined and methodical working style with a passion to lead on improvements. What you'll need to succeed

- CIPD Qualification
- Proven experience as a HR Adviser or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Understanding of employment law and disciplinary/grievance procedures
