Your new role
Covering central London sites you will provide HR advice and support the management with all employee relations matters including grievances, poor performance, absence management, conduct and disciplinaries within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements and contributing to the achievement of people KPI's. To take the lead on coordinating services within Operations for occupational health, health and well being and engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of managing high volume and complex ER casework A solid understanding of employment law Experience of working in a unionised environment
