An excellent permanent opportunity for a Head of HR / HR Director to join a successful, growing blue collar environment SME, who are looking for a pro-active, Head of HR /HR Director, who can lead the HR team and business through a growth plan.
Your new role
As a permanent Head of HR / HR Director, you will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for both the strategic and operational HR duties, managing a team of up to 10 in HR.
Duties will include:
The design and Implementation of an HR growth strategy.
Leading an HR team of up to 10, to manage all generalist HR duties including: Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Reward, Payroll and Employee Relations, leading on all initiatives and supporting the HR team to manage all HR operational duties from end-end.
HR Projects will include:
The implementation of a new HR & Payroll system.
Reviewing of the reward and benefits package and appraisal process.
Implementing succession planning
The annual pay review process
Utilising HR data to influence business decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Head of HR/HR Director within a fast-paced, blue collar environment. You must have experience managing HR teams of up to seven or more and have multi-site experience. You will ideally be fully CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
