HR Manager - Standalone London - Hybrid
Your new company
Covering the UK office with a head count of around 100 with an international reach providing guidance and on policies procedures, recruitment, HRIS systems. You will ensure that all policies are up to date and line with current legislation, managing company benefits and support the recruitment function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent
Have previously worked in a standalone role
Have a good understanding of employment law
Come from a professional services background
Good stakeholder management experience
You will ideally have experience of working in a company who has gone through rapid growth and is fast paced
