HR Generalist | Permanent | Manchester / Hybrid + ad hoc UK Travel | £40,000

My client is a Global hospitality service organisation, seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic HR generalist to join their friendly HR team to provide generalist operational HR support for their UK locations at an exciting time of growth and development for the organisation.

In this hands on role your duties will include:

* Supporting Colleagues and Managers to provide a comprehensive HR support service
* Be visible on-site supporting development of HR processes and policies
* Maintaining Confidential Employee Files and HR System Records
* Supporting and Coaching Line Managers
* Developing and Advising on People Policies
* Managing and Advising ER casework, managing a HR tracker
* Assisting with Recruitment - Assessment Centres
* Support & Drive Performance Management
* Delivering a proactive and friendly HR service

What you'll need to succeed:

* Proven Experience Within a HR generalist role
* CIPD Qualification
* Experience of Successfully Delivering within a fast-paced environment
* Confident HR advisory Skills
* Practical and Problem-solving approach
* Strong Relationship Building Skills
* Data & Reporting Capability
* Employment Law Knowledge
* Confident Communication Skills
* Hospitality or Retail Experience beneficial
* Willingness to travel multi sites on an ad-hoc basis (predominant location is Manchester)
