Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead HR Advisor to join the HR team based at their Head Office in Southampton due to a promotion. This role will deliver a professional and efficient HR support to all divisions across the group. What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum) with experience of supporting and leading on ER case work. The successful applicant will also have strong employment law knowledge and be capable of communicating effectively to provide professional guidance to both colleagues and senior managers. You will receive a salary between £33,000-£35,000 (DOE), hybrid working as above (3 days office / 2 days home), 25 days holiday +BH's and free onsite parking.
