HR Generalist, growing life science, south Cambridge, c.£40,000 + 10 % bonus, private medical, hybrid working

Hays HR is proud to be working with a small and growing life science organisation in south Cambridgeshire who are seeking to appoint an HR Generalist to support the CPO with all generalist-HR activities.
This is both an operational and tactical HR role where you will be first point of contact for all HR-related queries, supporting in the people strategy and ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate you will have gained experience in an HR Generalist role with a solid understanding of best practice and UK employment law. You will be a trusted pair of hands who can work well both autonomously and in a team. You will possess an aptitude for HRIS and other technology and have an innovative and collaborative nature. You will be a strong communicator who can confidently interface with stakeholders of all levels.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration of up to £40,000 (more for the right candidate) + 10% bonus, as well as 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private medical insurance including immediate family, life assurance and pension scheme.
This role offers hybrid working of 2 days per week in the office in south Cambridgeshire, which also has good transport links.
