We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to provide strategic workforce advice and support to the management of a combined workforce of circa 1000 employees. This is a strategic role that requires you to be able to align the HR strategy to departmental business plans so you will need to be able to influence and challenge the senior management team.

To be considered you must have experience at a Business Partner level in dealing with complex HR operational and strategic issues. You need to come with proven experience in providing strategic HR advice on complex ER cases including restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, ACAS, Early Conciliation, grievances and disciplinaries.



This a large, complex organisation so you need to have public sector experience in a unionised environment.



This is a hybrid role so you only need to be on-site in Worthing 1 or 2 days a week



This is a part time 12 month contract to cover a secondment of 24 hours per week
