Job Details
To be considered you must have experience at a Business Partner level in dealing with complex HR operational and strategic issues. You need to come with proven experience in providing strategic HR advice on complex ER cases including restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, ACAS, Early Conciliation, grievances and disciplinaries.
This a large, complex organisation so you need to have public sector experience in a unionised environment.
This is a hybrid role so you only need to be on-site in Worthing 1 or 2 days a week
This is a part time 12 month contract to cover a secondment of 24 hours per week
