HR Manager - £45-50k & benefits – Hybrid working/Staffordshire
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a very successful, brand leading global business (c10,000 employees) as an HR Manager for a key manufacturing site.
The role supports a hybrid working pattern with 1-2 days per week working remotely off site.
Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be to support the site General Manager and their Management Team by:
Providing a 1st class HR service
Providing coaching, support and guidance to line management
Upskilling and developing the line managers
Proactively leading on Talent management
Leading on complex D&G cases
Supporting on strategic decisions for OD, restructuring, redeployment etc
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience or similar; be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or be willing to study; be able to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
