Can you make a difference to our managers? We are on a transformational journey and need an additional HR team member to help us deliver excellence to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
You will work as a trusted advisor to managers within the Council covering the whole HR spectrum as well as being involved in interesting HR Projects.
If you have experience of working at a senior level within an HR team, and are innovative, enthusiastic and interested in delivering our future organisational HR journey then this might be the role for you.
