HR Services Manager – c£45k – Worcestershire/hybrid working
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Services Manager to join this forward thinking, growing professional services organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you and your team of 2 will be responsible for providing an exceptional HR service by supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle which includes onboarding, policy and process, payroll, C&B, performance management, talent management and systems & data management.
One of the key projects that will require your expertise is the evaluation and improvement of the current HR systems including HRIS, benefits platform, and payroll integration.

Managing the HR Administration team
The ideal candidate with be an HR professional with similar experience who is CIPD qualified and degree educated (or equivalent) and has strong systems expertise.
You will enjoy problem solving and making effective business improvements working between both operational and strategic issues
You will be able to establish your credibility with the HR team and also with key stakeholders in the business and possess excellent communication skills
