This UK wide highways specialist based in Preston have approached Hays Human Resources seeking a skilled Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join their developing people team. This role will offer true flexible working/hybrid working and reports directly into the HR Manager. A progressive, developing and people centric business are looking for a skilled recruitment co-ordinator to join the people team within a development opportunity. This flexible opportunity will support a hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role
As part of the HR function, you will lead and manage the recruitment processes within the organisation and take responsibility of managing a variety of internal vacancies across a variety of specialist areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
Arranging interview dates for roles as required for team within the business. Maintain records and data of the selection process in line with the data protection policy e.g. candidate CV's Produce interview documentation in line with company policies including interview invitations, unsuccessful candidate responses and employment offer letters. Advertise roles and work with the hiring manager to get the right candidate Sourcing and screening suitable candidates for current vacancies via the job boards. Arrange and attend recruitment events to support with our recruitment drive across the business. Writing job adverts in line with the Recruitment policy and employer branding Onboarding documents are sent to employees, making sure RTW checks are completed. Preparing new starter packs, offer letters and contracts
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working within a recruitment or HR capacity.
Strong organisational skills
Customer service/rapport building
