Entry Level HR Administration job based in Coventry

Your new company
My client is a large and prestigious company who are currently going through a number of changes and are looking for a new addition of their Change process team to assist with a number of business changes.

Your new role
You will be working in a small team and will be providing administration support to business partners. You will be assisting in a project where they are having to TUPE across a large number of people from one company to another. You will be assisting in the production of letters, producing and updating Excel spreadsheets and putting together HR files on each of the employees.

What you'll need to succeed
They are ideally looking for a HR administrator or recently qualified HR graduate who is looking to gain experience within this area. You will have had ideally TUP knowledge or have worked in a heavily focused ER administrative role.

What you'll get in return
The role will be running until March 2023 and is hybrid with 1 day in the office. This is an amazing opportunity for you to really develop your skills in a hands on TUPE role.
