We have an exciting opportunity to join our recently formed Organisational Effectiveness and Development team as Senior Organisational Development Consultant. This is a newly created role reporting into the Director Organisational Effectiveness and Development, who also has responsibility for the Learning and Development team.
You will work with the Director OE&D to develop Organisational Effectiveness and Development plans. You will lead the design and project manage to completion both university-wide OD initiatives as well as more localised interventions in support of the strategy. Areas of work will include culture change, employee engagement and experience, performance improvement, and leadership and management development.
You will offer expert professional advice and consultancy to the organisation working closely with the Strategic People Partners, EDI and L&D colleagues to build both colleague and organisational capability.

We actively support flexibility and hybrid working arrangements. This role is based at Wheatley Campus - the role holder would be expected to be on campus for a minimum of 1-2 days per week and working from home the rest of the time. The role could be 30 hours per week to full time (37 hours).
