Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, quality and effective onboarding experience for future employees.
• Respond and track our Recruitment inbox.
• Facilitate the recruitment process through vacancy advertising, scheduling interviews and offering roles to fill vacancies in a timely manner
• Support hiring managers and Associate HR Business Partners, plus wider HR team, ensuring they have the right materials to conduct a consistent and fair selection process
• Pro-actively communicate with the wider HR team to make them aware of any issues affecting the organisation.
• Keeping the ATS/Recruitment Module up to date
• Provide support for regular, reoccurring and ad-hoc activity including projects and HR initiatives within agreed timescales.

Skills required

This role will suit an energetic, efficient, highly organised and capable administrator with the confidence to manage the team’s ongoing recruitment needs within the organisation.

• Excellent document management and organisational skills.
• Excellent and mature interpersonal skills with confidence to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage lawyers’ service delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• A strong team ethos and willingness to assist colleagues as and when required.
• The ability to prioritise, work well under pressure and to deadlines.
• A proven track record of taking accountability for tasks and seeing them through.
• Experience of resource management would be advantageous.
• Experience within the legal or regulatory sectors may be advantageous but is not required

The role is based in our Central London Office. The post holder should be able to work flexibly to support the team’s activities and also provide cover within the FRC as necessary. From 6 September FRC has started operating a hybrid working arrangement with its workforce. This is four-day fortnight in the office and any arrangement will be agreed between the employee and the line manager.
