Your new role
A standalone Talent Acquisition role within an HR team of 5, your key responsibilities will include:


* Design and implementation of the recruitment & retention strategy
* Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle
* Ensuring recruitment processes are fit for purpose, improving when/where necessary
* Identify career development areas within the organisation for both new and existing team members

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need:


* Extensive recruitment experience at a strategic level
* Strong experience with direct sourcing/headhunting for hard to fill roles
* Experience training and engaging with management teams
